What you will do

• Perform end-to-end manual testing across product features
• Create structured test cases, scenarios, and regression plans
• Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to improve test coverage and efficiency
• Validate user workflows, UI/UX, and edge cases
• Work closely with product and engineering teams during releases
• Contribute to basic test automation for repetitive test cases
• Perform data validation and basic backend verification

Requirements

• 4–6 years of QA / testing experience
• Strong manual and exploratory testing skills
• Structured thinking and attention to detail
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in testing workflows
• Basic understanding of automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java)
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium
• API testing (Postman)
• Experience testing AI/chatbot features
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
