What you will do

• Lead AI enablement initiatives and develop proof-of-concepts for emerging AI infrastructure technologies.
• Architect scalable, resilient, and secure AI infrastructure supporting hirify.global’s Identity Platform across AWS and GCP.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code frameworks using Terraform and Helm to ensure reproducible deployments.
• Implement robust MLOps practices, including model evaluation, rollback strategies, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and data science teams to embed data privacy and identity protection standards into AI designs.
• Act as the primary strategist for AI-driven efficiency initiatives across infrastructure platform teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or software engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience building AI/ML systems.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), distributed systems, and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record in architecting enterprise-grade infrastructure.
• Ability to be highly hands-on in creating, reviewing, and contributing production-quality code.
• Must be based in the US (specifically Washington, California, Colorado, Illinois, or New York).

Nice to have

• Experience in identity, security, fraud, or risk analytics domains.
• Experience operationalizing large language models (LLMs) or foundation models in production.
• Contributions to MLOps or infrastructure open-source projects.
