What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of the programme to ensure an outstanding student experience.
• Maintain academic quality and standards in line with partner requirements and engage with External Examiners.
• Drive curriculum development and continuous improvement to keep programme content current.
• Analyse student performance data to inform annual monitoring and enhancement plans.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to academic staff, fostering a high-performing culture.
• Deliver and support high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment.

Requirements

• Experience in Electrical Engineering academic leadership and programme management.
• Proven ability to provide mentorship and leadership to academic staff.
• Must be able to work onsite in London to deliver campus-based teaching.
• Valid Right to Work verification and ability to complete pre-employment criminal record checks.
• Experience in maintaining academic governance and managing assessment boards.
