What you will do

• Work closely with advisers from hirify.global Financial Planning (QFP) and support national adviser campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Paraplanners, Financial Planners, and Business Assurance Assessors.
• Create comprehensive suitability reports exceeding QFP quality standards.
• Analyse data using research tools to provide client-focused solutions.
• Liaise with providers, manage central data systems and trackers, and evidence research.
• Embrace digital ways of working, enhance efficiencies, and contribute to hirify.global’s strategic priorities with the wider QFA team.

Requirements

• Extensive organisational and planning skills to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in writing.
• Curiosity, proactiveness, and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
• Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Experience in the financial planning industry with understanding of processes and products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Mandatory: Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
