What you will do

• Design and enhance multi-layer generative AI systems, including agents, workflows, and LLM monitoring.
• Build and maintain text embedding infrastructure, vector search engines, and retrieval algorithms.
• Shape the architecture of the company's AI solution.
• Implement Python-based microservices within Kubernetes for cloud integration.
• Optimize AI infrastructure for scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, UX designers, and product managers to bring innovative ideas to life.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and experience building microservices.
• Knowledge of generative AI concepts and building AI-driven solutions.
• Experience with cloud-based back-end systems and distributed architectures (Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, Protobuf, AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to learn complex subject matter quickly.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of context engineering, LLM Ops, RAG frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, Haystack), or knowledge graphs.
• Experience with CI/CD development.
• Familiarity with data science concepts or building ML infrastructure.
