What you will do

• Lead and mentor multimedia design team, assign tasks, provide feedback, and support professional development.
• Oversee workflows from concept to completion, manage operations including SOPs, recruitment, and cross-department alignment.
• Provide creative direction for campaigns, lead ideation, analyze briefs and trends to develop strategies.
• Direct design, illustration, editing, animation; approve outputs and ensure consistency.
• Lead pitches, presentations, and client communications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and foster continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or related field.
• At least 5 years in multimedia design with strong portfolio across formats (static, motion, branding, digital).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Canva or similar.
• Experience leading creative teams, managing workflows, and end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong creative vision in brand development, campaign ideation, visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills; organized, deadline-driven for multiple projects.
• Up to date with design trends, tools, best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
