What you will do

• Lead storyboarding and creation of short form videos/animation
• Concept and create assets optimized for various marketing platforms, audiences, and client brands
• Respond quickly to breaking news or trends by producing multiple content pieces
• Collaborate with social media specialists and account strategists to execute visions
• Communicate project timelines and progress with managers and colleagues
• Assist with interactive design for approximately 20% of the time

Requirements

• 3+ years design experience with at least 3 years in social-focused creative
• Online portfolio/demo reel showcasing creativity, design, typography, and layout skills
• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or comparable software
• Knowledge of social, email, and paid media landscape, capabilities, and trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in area of practice or related field

Nice to have

• Experience delivering bleeding-edge work within platform limitations
• Strong familiarity with social media and pop culture trends
• Ability to film, produce, and edit high-quality photography/video
• Skill in applying marketing analytics to design decisions
