Salary: $130,000 - $165,000

What you will do

• Improve infrastructure tooling and automation to minimize manual work and decrease the frequency and severity of incidents.
• Build, maintain, and support core applications and the internal observability platform.
• Monitor systems for capacity, performance, and troubleshooting issues.
• Partner with SRE and service engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
• Collaborate with developers to implement improvements in the development lifecycle and deployment process.
• Ensure the technology stack remains resilient, scalable, and high-performing.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and TypeScript.
• Experience managing and scaling infrastructure on AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD frameworks such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins.
• Must be based in the USA; no visa sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• Strong experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
• Expertise in serverless infrastructure.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and/or CircleCI.
