TL;DR

Software Engineer II (L3) (DevOps/Platform): Automating repetitive tasks, streamlining software development lifecycle, and optimizing deployment processes with an accent on process improvements, code review optimization, and CI/CD best practices. Focus on analyzing engineering workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with teams to implement reliable release pipelines.

Location: Remote from Brazil (Sao Paulo, SP). Team includes U.S. and Brazil-based technologists. CLT contract paid in BRL.

What you will do

  • Automate repetitive tasks and streamline the software development lifecycle for faster releases.
  • Analyze engineering processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with teams to design process improvements and optimize code reviews.
  • Implement continuous integration and delivery best practices using guild insights.
  • Support production web applications across multiple services.

Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on experience building and supporting production web applications
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform
  • Proficiency in writing production software
  • Experience on platforms with multiple services
  • Collaborative team player with strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems independently in new and legacy codebases

Nice to have

  • DevOps or SRE experience
  • Proficiency in Golang and Ruby
  • Experience on engineering enablement or platform teams
