What you will do

• Define and implement full-funnel growth strategies and quarterly plans aligned with game roadmaps.
• Manage end-to-end acquisition across paid UA, organic search, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.
• Drive creative testing by briefing hypotheses and building scalable production pipelines.
• Execute ASO strategy, including store A/B testing, CPP management, and platform relationships.
• Design attribution strategies for privacy-first environments using MMPs, SKAdNetwork, and iOS ATT.
• Build cohort analyses and LTV models to diagnose bottlenecks and prioritize growth levers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or UA for mobile games or apps (IAP/subscription).
• Proven track record managing titles from prototype and soft launch to global scale.
• Experience optimizing campaigns toward ROAS and LTV targets across major networks.
• Deep expertise with MMPs and navigating iOS ATT and SKAdNetwork constraints.
• Strong analytical ability to build models and translate data into strategic narratives.
• Must be based in or able to work from Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ASO and organic growth levers beyond keyword optimization.
• Experience mentoring or leading UA or growth team members.
