What you will do

• Prepare product requirements for suppliers based on technical tasks, market benchmarks, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate technical compliance for PPAP, drawings, and product change agreements.
• Monitor EU and regional legislation changes and implement updates for private label products.
• Define laboratory testing methodologies and manage comprehensive testing plans.
• Establish criteria for incoming inspections based on technical tasks and market claims.
• Manage requests and communications with government bodies and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, quality, or a relevant technical field.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards (ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949) and tools (8D, 5 whys, Ishikawa).
• Experience with automotive manufacturing processes, preferably in the components domain.
• Certification in automotive quality management systems such as IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3.
• English: B2+ required.
• Russian: Fluent required.
