What you will do

  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders to drive execution of strategic priorities.
  • Manage complex calendars, priorities, and scheduling with strong professional judgment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work and ensure rigorous follow-through on key initiatives.
  • Prepare briefings, summaries, and materials for internal and external discussions.
  • Identify operational gaps, risks, and misalignments early to facilitate resolution.
  • Improve internal workflows and ways of working to increase efficiency and clarity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in executive support, operations, or similar roles.
  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders or stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Clear, concise communication skills across diverse audiences.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
