TL;DR

Junior Product Manager (Logistics): Developing and optimizing shipping management tools for e-commerce merchants with an accent on user impact, API integrations, and carrier workflows. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or able to work from the offices in Milan or Florence, Italy

What you will do

  • Define, prioritize, and ship product improvements in collaboration with a Senior PM.
  • Conduct user research with merchants to understand real workflows and pain points.
  • Write clear technical specifications and user stories.
  • Own features throughout the entire lifecycle: from discovery and delivery to iteration.
  • Analyze data to guide decision-making and identify system issues early.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • ~2 years of experience in product management or product operations.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and communicate clearly.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
  • Strong structured thinking and prioritization skills.
