Junior Product Manager (Logistics)

Location: Hybrid in Milan, Italy, with a flexible setup across the Florence and Milan offices

Salary: €28,000–€40,000 gross annual, plus a performance bonus

What you will do

• Define, prioritize, and ship product improvements with the Senior Product Manager.
• Interview merchants to understand workflows, pain points, and product needs.
• Write clear specifications and user stories.
• Own features from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Use data to guide decisions and identify issues early.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer teams across product, UX, APIs, and integrations.

Requirements

• Approximately two years of experience in product management, product operations, or a similar field.
• Clear communication, structured thinking, and strong prioritization skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information.
• Curiosity about data; SQL knowledge is useful.
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
• English proficiency and availability for a hybrid setup in Italy.
