What you will do

• Support customers with everyday banking needs and provide guidance on using the banking app.
• Handle inbound calls to answer day-to-day questions and resolve complex customer needs.
• Complete a comprehensive six-week onsite training programme to master systems and services.
• Progress through a skill-based framework to take on wider activities and higher responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be available for a 6-week onsite training programme with no planned holidays in the first two months.
• Ability to work a shift pattern (8am-10am start) including weekend rotation (up to 37.5%).
• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Openness to learning new skills within a structured development framework.
