What you will do

• Manage day-to-day client support tickets and ensure service levels (SLAs) are consistently met.
• Configure system features to meet specific client requirements and present solutions to internal teams.
• Investigate, research, and resolve client issues, escalating advanced IT cases where necessary.
• Support client onboarding and assist with questions during post-implementation handover.
• Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with Support, Implementation, and Product teams to provide feedback for product improvement.

Requirements
