What you will do

• Design and develop investment strategies underlying ETFs and other in-house solutions.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, attending meetings and participating in pitches.
• Create standard presentations and RFP content to support custom index development.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative research initiatives using programming and database skills to analyze diverse data sources.
• Conduct competitor analysis of markets and product offerings.
• Collaborate with fund management teams to launch strategies and produce methodology documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience constructing, reviewing, or evaluating systematic strategies or benchmarks.
• Knowledge of optimization techniques, such as minimizing tracking error and incorporating constraints.
• Experience working with large datasets, including financial, alternative, and ESG data.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Ability to win stakeholder confidence and present complex analysis to clients.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the London office.
