Salary: $146,000 – $204,500

What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable services, including LLD, API design, and data modeling for business-critical capabilities.
• Write clean, reliable, and well-tested code applying sound engineering principles and design patterns.
• Own end-to-end delivery of features from technical design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues through root cause analysis and observability improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to influence product discovery and backlog prioritization.
• Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve ad relevance and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and core computer science fundamentals.
• Experience owning the full software development lifecycle in production environments.
• Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Kotlin or Java and experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with ad tech, programmatic advertising, or ML-driven decisioning systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, serverless patterns, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading small technical projects.
