What you will do

• Design and set up data platforms, databases, and data sharing formats.
• Develop Python scripts for raw data extraction, processing, and analysis from diverse sources.
• Create and maintain dashboards to visualize reliability data and share insights.
• Perform data mining and benchmarking using field KPIs, machine data, and other sources.
• Provide data-driven insights to higher management and cross-functional teams.
• Implement machine learning models such as Decision Trees, XGBoost, and Neural Networks for predictive analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in Python, specifically Pandas and Jupyter Notebook for interactive plotting.
• Ability to transform raw data inputs into functional dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of reliability models such as Weibull distribution and Crow-AMSAA.
• Experience with SQL, VBA, PowerBI, Spotfire, or SAP.
• Proven ability to deploy ML models for business insights.
• Strong presentation skills for communicating with management and cross-functional teams.
