What you will do
- Leverage scientific methods to improve ads measurement systems.
- Drive online experiments to continuously enhance advertising effectiveness.
- Own measurement projects independently from design to implementation.
- Partner with product stakeholders, backend, and frontend teams to deliver measurement solutions.
- Develop and refine machine learning models for campaign optimization.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Econometrics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of industry experience in causal inference, incrementality, marketing mix modeling, or related digital ads measurement solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong ownership and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
