What you will do

• Manage product strategy and system configuration for DevSecOps platforms.
• Implement and maintain security tools including Fortify on Demand, GitHub Advanced Security, and Microsoft Defender.
• Integrate and optimize AI-driven development tools like GitHub Copilot, AI Agents, and MCP Server.
• Provide critical production support and handle system patching during occasional weekend windows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.
• Manage internal IT teams, contractors, and onshore/offshore partner resources.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft software development and DevSecOps ecosystems.
• Expertise in GitHub Advanced Security, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Admin.
• Proficiency with AI Agents and GitHub Copilot.
• Ability to provide support during EMA time zones and handle off-hours production issues.
• Experience with development IDEs such as Visual Studio and VS Code.
• Availability for international travel at short notice.
