What you will do
- Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex, high-impact incidents related to the Azure platform.
- Perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventative measures to ensure reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve intricate issues within Azure PaaS environments, including App Service, Functions, and AKS.
- Manage and troubleshoot complex Azure networking components, including VNET, NSGs, Firewalls, and Front Door.
- Configure and manage Azure AD/Entra ID, focusing on authentication, RBAC, and Conditional Access.
- Develop automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, and Python.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical experience, with at least 3 years focused on advanced Azure support and engineering.
- Deep expertise in Azure IaaS, PaaS, and Networking (VNET, NSG, Azure Firewall, AFD).
- Strong practical experience with Azure AD/Entra ID for identity and access management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python for automation and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Open to qualified candidates worldwide.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-700.
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
