What you will do

• Architect and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Purview solutions, including data maps, scanning strategies, and classification frameworks.
• Design enterprise data governance operating models, business glossaries, and data stewardship frameworks.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), dbt, and Databricks.
• Optimize data models in Snowflake and Databricks using dimensional modeling and Data Vault techniques.
• Lead client workshops to translate business requirements into technical governance and architecture solutions.
• Implement data quality frameworks and ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data, analytics, engineering, or data governance.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview.
• Proven track record of leading data governance implementations in client-facing consulting roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for automation and data engineering.
• Deep expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), ADLS, Snowflake, and Databricks/Unity Catalog.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with Collibra or Alation.
• Azure certifications such as DP-203.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DataOps practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.
