What you will do

• Map automation coverage, identify gaps, and prioritize growth opportunities by impact.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to deliver scalable automation solutions.
• Build and maintain AI workflows, including LLM-powered diagnostics and reporting pipelines.
• Own the rollout, training, and documentation of automated tools for the Growth Analyst community.
• Define requirements and contribute to the roadmap and KPI ownership for the Growth Analytics team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics or strategy working with large-scale datasets to drive business decisions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Proven experience building automation workflows, scripting solutions, or data pipelines.
• Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs and applied AI workflows.
• Knowledge of incentives, pricing, or BI tools such as Looker and Tableau.
