Salary: $34 - $47 USD per hour

What you will do

• Provide daily AV support for conference rooms, huddle spaces, and collaboration areas.
• Set up, test, and troubleshoot standard AV equipment including displays, microphones, speakers, and cameras.
• Execute AV support for high-visibility events, such as executive meetings, studio recordings, and town halls.
• Perform routine room checks to ensure all spaces are fully operational and event-ready.
• Maintain AV equipment inventory and document recurring technical issues for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and Event teams to ensure seamless execution of campus operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in audiovisual, IT support, or event technology.
• Working knowledge of common AV hardware (displays, microphones, speakers, cameras).
• Basic troubleshooting skills for audio, video, and connectivity issues.
• Ability to work onsite in Newark, CA.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move AV equipment as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting live or executive-level events.
• Familiarity with conference room platforms like Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms.
• Exposure to studio or broadcast environments.
• Basic understanding of signal flow and AV best practices.
