What you will do

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for kitchen and joinery projects, including complex, curved, and custom builds.
• Manage and respond to tenders from initial review through to final submission.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to produce detailed project estimates.
• Communicate with clients through professional emails and phone calls.
• Maintain organized records and integrate costing structures into the internal system.
• Take full ownership of the estimating function with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• At least 5 years of experience in kitchen and joinery estimating, including custom work.
• Experience with residential projects and exposure to commercial or shopfitting.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to handle tenders and detailed project costing.
• Alignment with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
