What you will do

• Prepare and submit loan applications through lender portals from pre-submission through to settlement.
• Coordinate supporting documentation, order bank valuations, and manage lender pricing requests.
• Liaise with banks and internal stakeholders to track application updates and approvals.
• Maintain accurate client records, workflow tasks, and compliance documentation in CRM systems.
• Perform post-settlement verification for loan setup, offset account linking, and online banking access.
• Monitor deal pipelines to proactively identify and resolve potential settlement delays.

Requirements

• Experience in mortgage broking, banking, or loan processing.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• English: C1+ proficiency (excellent written and verbal communication).
• Ability to work according to AU business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Connective and/or Mercury Nexus platforms.
