What you will do

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of data platforms built on Azure and Databricks
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated deployment processes
• Monitor systems, manage incidents, and drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with data and platform teams to optimize performance, cost efficiency, and release management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering
• Strong SQL skills for querying, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (compute, storage, networking, containers)
• Experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog), Azure DevOps CI/CD, and Terraform
• Strong knowledge of incident management, monitoring, and release practices
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
