What you will do

• Lead project scoping, timeline development, and resourcing across a high volume of simultaneous projects.
• Define and implement AI-forward production strategies and operational frameworks to scale complex work.
• Manage agency partners, creative vendors, and cross-team coordination.
• Drive visibility and clear communication across creative leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Develop AI-assisted solutions and generative workflows for design template production.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate events production, including budget management and vendor sourcing.
• Background in producing website content for design, engineering, and marketing stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with brand systems and design template management.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools into production or project management workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Mexico City
