Responsible Sourcing Associate, Client Services

TL;DR

Responsible Sourcing Associate, Client Services (ESG/Sustainability): Support clients' social compliance, sustainability, and ESG initiatives with an accent on responsible sourcing and supply chain management. Focus on monitoring KPIs, delivering client reports, and ensuring program execution across industries.

Location: Office in Puebla, Mexico. Strong preference for candidates located in the Puebla area; remote work possible 2-3 days per week. Able to work across different time zones and attend meetings outside regular hours.

What you will do

• Serve as primary client contact, managing social compliance and sustainability needs across engagement stages.
• Monitor daily progress of assessment services, identify risks, and address issues with teams and clients.
• Deliver client-facing communications including reports, presentations, updates, and quarterly KPI reports.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to align service delivery and develop corrective action plans.
• Track progress, maintain records, and provide regular updates on KPIs and performance.
• Contribute to client onboarding, participate in meetings, and foster relationships.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Spanish proficiency a plus.
• Bachelor's degree + 4+ years experience, including 2+ years in ethical sourcing, labour compliance, or similar.
• Proven client-facing experience managing KPIs, reporting, and program delivery.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Experience in global environments, cross-functional collaboration, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Able to work across time zones and outside regular hours if needed.
