What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize On Time delivery and inventory results across AMER plants.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Planning, Operations, IT, and Quality groups to improve internal processes.
• Audit and assess current Buyer, Planner, and Master Scheduler workflows to recommend and drive efficiency enhancements.
• Develop and implement system process and reporting enhancements in coordination with the IT team.
• Create and maintain standard work documentation and lead sustaining training sessions for stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis and develop metrics using tools like Excel, Minitab, and Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Process Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Lean Six Sigma training/certification (Green Belt preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in process improvement or a minimum of 3 years in supply chain operations.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a must.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Minitab, or Power BI.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the designated location.
