What you will do

• Own and lead the facility security program, ensuring compliance with NISPOM and DCSA requirements.
• Administer personnel security clearances, access control systems, and visitor logs.
• Conduct periodic security audits and assessments to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with legal, IT, and manufacturing leadership to safeguard classified information.
• Manage relationships with third-party and government stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals.
• Develop and provide FCL/NISPOM-specific training to employees and contractors.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in facility clearance, NISPOM, and information security protocols.
• Practical experience with DISS, NISS, NBIS, and EAPP.
• U.S. citizenship and an Active T U.S. security clearance.
• Proven track record of building scalable systems from the ground up.
• Experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorizations.
