Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Arlington, VA (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Own and maintain a fully compliant industrial security program under NISPOM and DCSA requirements.
- Manage the full personnel security clearance lifecycle including submissions, reinvestigations, and access verifications.
- Oversee SCIF access, operations, and physical security compliance.
- Serve as the primary liaison with DCSA, IC security authorities, and Government Security Representatives.
- Support classified material handling, storage, transmission, and destruction protocols.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate government contract billing and invoice tracking in WAWF and IPP systems.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Minimum three years of direct FSO experience within DoW, USG, or a possessing contractor facility.
- Demonstrated command of NISPOM, DCSA compliance, and personnel security clearance processes.
- Proficiency in DISS, NISS, and eQIP/eAPP platforms.
- Strong attention to detail for managing high volumes of clearance records and billing documentation.
Nice to have
- FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification (CDSE).
- Experience with WAWF and IPP for invoice submission.
- Prior exposure to Special Access Programs (SAP) or compartmented environments.
- Familiarity with COMSEC duties or telecommunications industry standards.
- Experience in a lean, fast-moving startup environment.
