Location: Hybrid in Santa Clara, CA

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 plus a target 10% annual bonus

What you will do

• Own the Framer site and its component library, including custom coded components.
• Balance ambitious motion and interaction with performance and scalability.
• Manage the CMS database and integrate third-party tools as necessary.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and executive stakeholders to define and implement the brand vision.
• Ensure high performance and graceful degradation for international visitors across all devices.
• Rapidly prototype ideas using Framer and Figma MCPs to move from concept to live site.

Requirements

• Strong web engineering background with experience in JavaScript frameworks and Tailwind.
• Proven track record of shipping ambitious sites using Framer or Webflow.
• Ability to ensure custom code is secure and performant, utilizing AI tools as a force multiplier.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Santa Clara, CA

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS platforms and third-party integrations within Framer.
• Experience with Figma MCPs or AI-assisted design-to-code workflows.
• Background in motion design or advanced CSS animation.
