What you will do

• Design and build complex automation workflows using low-code platforms like Make.com and n8n.
• Implement custom JavaScript to handle advanced logic, transformations, and edge cases within automation tools.
• Connect and synchronize data across platforms including Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, and various CRMs.
• Develop reliable execution mechanisms with proper error handling, logging, and fallback systems.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation performance to reduce failures and increase efficiency.
• Support the automation of communication and operational workflows, such as messaging and outreach.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in low-code/no-code automation, workflow development, or software development.
• Strong experience working with APIs, webhooks, and data exchange formats like JSON.
• Proven ability to design and manage complex workflows across multiple SaaS tools.
• Experience building scalable, fault-tolerant workflows with validation and retry mechanisms.
• Understanding of API limitations (rate limits, pagination, authentication) and performance optimization.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A portfolio or examples of advanced automation workflows or low-code projects.
