What you will do

• Design and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script.
• Connect APIs, CRMs, eComm platforms, and internal tools to centralize and streamline business processes.
• Troubleshoot broken workflows and improve overall system reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with marketing, CS, finance, and operations teams to identify bottlenecks and build solutions.
• Document all automation flows, logic paths, and maintain a repository of reusable scripts.
• Train team members on how to use or trigger specific automations.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in automation, scripting, or systems integrations.
• Strong proficiency in n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script.
• Deep understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and JSON.
• Ability to map complex business processes into clear logic flows.
• Required: At least 4 hours overlap with PST hours.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Amazon.

Nice to have

• Experience in low-code platforms like Airtable, Notion, or Zapier.
• Prior work experience in fast-paced startups or agencies.
