What you will do

• Design and evaluate integrations between core business systems such as CRMs, ad platforms, and email tools.
• Build and optimize workflows using APIs, webhooks, and real-time or batch data pipelines.
• Connect and synchronize databases across platforms including Airtable, Google Sheets, and Notion.
• Troubleshoot and improve data flow performance, latency, and failure handling.
• Support the integration of automated communication systems for messaging and outreach workflows.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in API integrations, automation, or backend development.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and data exchange formats like JSON.
• Proven ability to design and manage integrations across multiple SaaS tools and business systems.
• Experience building scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines with proper error handling and validation.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT is a plus.
