What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy for core game systems including player accounts, compliance, and social services.
• Shape the social layer of games, including referral systems, chat, and guilds, to facilitate community formation.
• Build deep relationships with leadership to bridge business objectives and technical execution.
• Manage high-stakes prioritization and bring structure to competing requirements across teams.
• Align pod-level work with the broader platform strategy and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven track record of independently owning complex consumer-facing products end-to-end.
• Experience with identity, account, or social systems at scale.
• Technical depth sufficient to engage with engineers on system design and tradeoffs.
• Strong cross-functional instincts to build alignment across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting game development, particularly free-to-play mobile or scaled consumer apps.
