What you will do

• Lead product strategy for multiple live and upcoming game titles, ensuring successful launches and sustained operations.
• Define and evolve product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and feature strategies aligned with creative and commercial goals.
• Establish and standardize KPIs, performance measurement systems, and analytics frameworks.
• Identify growth opportunities to improve player engagement, retention, and monetization outcomes.
• Build and maintain live service operating rhythms, including goal setting, experimentation, and forecasting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product management team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management, live service design, or game product strategy.
• Proven success working within complex, matrixed organizations across game development and publishing.
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing and mentoring product teams.
• Deep expertise in game analytics, KPI frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of game economies, monetization models, and tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
