What you will do
- Analyze current operational processes to identify efficiency gaps and customer experience improvements.
- Define product features, requirements, and user stories with concise acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Operations teams to review designs and processes for new features.
- Test new feature releases and coordinate bug resolution.
- Collaborate with development teams via daily standups to groom JIRA stories.
- Coordinate development timelines for new functions and tools across product teams.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in operations.
- Proficiency in Jira.
- Familiarity with consumer banking products such as savings and CDs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
