What you will do

• Analyze current operational processes to identify efficiency gaps and customer experience improvements.
• Define product features, requirements, and user stories with concise acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Operations teams to review designs and processes for new features.
• Test new feature releases and coordinate bug resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams via daily standups to groom JIRA stories.
• Coordinate development timelines for new functions and tools across product teams.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations.
• Proficiency in Jira.
• Familiarity with consumer banking products such as savings and CDs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
