Salary: $133,280 - $180,320 CAD per year

What you will do

• Drive customer adoption through product workshops, clinics, and guided onboarding for Vena Copilot.
• Identify and resolve real-world adoption blockers such as UX friction, accuracy gaps, and data issues.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to surface actionable customer feedback and validate improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop customer proof points, case studies, and AI success stories.
• Equip Sales, Customer Success, and Partners with best-practice adoption playbooks.
• Analyze usage patterns to identify where adoption stalls and intervene proactively.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, or Product Ops.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong customer-facing skills in training, facilitation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose complex problems and drive them to resolution in ambiguous environments.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track usage patterns and act on insights.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts into practical workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML-powered products.
• Familiarity with Excel-based workflows or FP&A tools.
• Experience in SaaS adoption or product-led growth (PLG) environments.
• Prior knowledge of hirify.global.
