What you will do

  • Own end-to-end product marketing for platform and IT-oriented products, including positioning, messaging, and launch strategy.
  • Develop sales enablement assets such as battlecards, one-pagers, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.
  • Partner with product teams to translate capabilities like governance, RBAC, and observability into clear enterprise value.
  • Build compelling narratives around security and compliance (SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, ISO) for regulated industries.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and market research to sharpen product differentiation.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across the buyer journey.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience, with 2+ years focused on platform, infrastructure, or IT/security B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of bringing complex technical products to market for both technical and business audiences.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise IT buyer dynamics, security reviews, and procurement processes.
  • Strong sales enablement instincts and excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success in fast-paced environments.
  • Must be located in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.
