What you will do

• Manage social media by drafting and scheduling posts for X, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Monitor social channels to provide timely responses and foster interactive community conversations.
• Collaborate to promote educational resources such as tutorials, webinars, and blog posts.
• Coordinate loyalty, advocacy, and expert gamification and reward programs.
• Track key performance metrics for social campaigns and contribute to impact reports.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Computer Science, or IT (graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027).
• High literacy in LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
• Exceptional written communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content.
• Familiarity with social media metrics (Engagement rate, CTR, impressions) and tools like Google Analytics.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Chicago, Illinois.

Nice to have

• Basic proficiency in Canva for creating social assets.
• Ability to cut micro-content for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Previous experience moderating or contributing to online communities.
