What you will do

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for system performance measurement and validation.
• Implement features throughout the full software lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and support.
• Leverage Generative AI technologies to improve performance debugging, log analysis, and data interpretation.
• Build and maintain user-friendly dashboards for visualizing performance metrics.
• Collaborate with performance engineers and senior developers to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Communicate technical findings, risks, and project status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Morrisville, NC due to hybrid expectations.
• 5+ years of Python experience building large applications with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience developing automation frameworks or test infrastructure for performance measurement.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and service-based architectures.
• Practical experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with SQL or NoSQL databases.

Nice to have

• Exposure to GenAI/LLM integrations such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI APIs.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Interest or experience with vector databases.
