Job Description: Payments & Payouts Officer (Fintech)
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Full-time, on-site
As a Payments & Payouts Officer, you will be the gears behind the machine, ensuring that capital moves seamlessly and securely across our global network. In the high-velocity world of Forex, where liquidity and speed are everything, you’ll manage the lifecycle of funds—from initial deposit to complex multi-currency withdrawals.
The Mission
To maintain a frictionless financial experience for our clients by processing transactions accurately, optimizing payment routing systems, and leveraging collaborative tools to ensure peak operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
• Transaction Lifecycle Management: Oversee the daily processing of incoming client deposits and outgoing withdrawals via Wire Transfer, SEPA, Credit Cards, and E-wallets (Neteller, Skrill, etc.).
• Reconciliation: Perform daily bank and PSP (Payment Service Provider) reconciliations to ensure internal ledgers match external statements.
• Exception Handling: Investigate and resolve "stuck" payments, rejected transfers, or discrepancies in banking data.
• PSP & Banking Relations: Monitor the performance and success rates of various payment gateways; suggest shifts in traffic to optimize costs and speed.
• Operational Reporting: Utilize data visualization to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as average processing time, transaction success rates, and fee analysis.
• Workflow Automation: Use collaborative tools to streamline communication between the finance department and customer support teams.
