What you will do

• Lead installation, configuration, and deployment of network hardware including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Perform rack-and-stack, structured cabling coordination, labeling, and equipment documentation.
• Configure and support LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments, including VLANs, trunking, and routing.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across wired and wireless environments.
• Maintain and update network diagrams, asset inventories, and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior network technicians and serve as an escalation point for technical issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network support, network technician, or network operations roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise networking platforms such as Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Juniper, or Fortinet.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, and routing concepts.
• Experience working in data center, campus, or multi-site environments.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Essex, MD.
