What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and implementation projects.
• Gather and document client requirements related to data, reporting, and system workflows.
• Configure software solutions to meet client needs, including database setup and data mapping.
• Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, and validation using SQL and related tools.
• Support database management tasks such as querying, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and provide training to clients on system functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases, including SQL, tables, joins, and queries.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with non-technical clients.
• Must be able to work fully onsite in Baltimore, MD.
