What you will do

• Act as key stakeholder on program teams to meet contractual requirements and drive quality decisions.
• Represent hirify.global during customer and government inspections, audits, and requirements reviews.
• Conduct failure analysis, root cause corrective actions, risk mitigation, and material reviews.
• Develop quality plans for receiving, manufacturing, assembly, test, and final inspection processes.
• Review and prepare end item data packs for customer source inspections or shipments.
• Work with customers and suppliers on root cause identification and corrective actions.
• Improve inspection costs and prevent failures through statistical analysis and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent STEM.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in engineering or manufacturing, including 2 years in quality engineering.
• Proficiency with statistical, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Integrity to identify and address quality issues immediately.
• This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
