What you will do

• Handle responsibility for defined cluster in cabin interior/electronics during project, serial, and after-sales phases.
• Manage all purchasing activities aligned with commodity strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, QM, SCM in worldwide network.
• Prepare and conduct purchasing negotiations leading to contracts.
• Support development projects by integrating high-performance suppliers early.
• Monitor and steer supplier performance.
• Observe and analyze supply markets.

Requirements

• Business fluent English; French and German optional.
• Completed studies in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or business administration.
• Several years in strategic purchasing with contract law knowledge.
• Project management skills and technical affinity for mechanical engineering/electrics & electronics.
• Comprehensive negotiation experience.
• Entrepreneurial/analytical thinking, independent/flexible working, confident with management levels.
• Interdisciplinary/intercultural experience, strong communication/teamwork.
• MS Office and SAP proficiency; willingness to travel worldwide ~20%.

• Skills in project management and high technical affinity for electrics & electronics.
