What you will do

• Harmonize international recruitment processes and systems across all locations to ensure efficiency and high-quality candidate experience.
• Develop and implement employer branding roadmaps and communication materials based on the company's EVP.
• Integrate artificial intelligence and automation into key recruitment stages to simplify processes.
• Coordinate recruitment core policies, including agency use and RPO management, while optimizing the ATS.
• Design and deliver group-wide training programs focused on onboarding, engagement initiatives, and employee surveys.
• Drive inclusive hiring strategies to improve representation of women in finance, engineering, and leadership.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, consulting, or a related field.
• Exposure to training, employee development, project management, and D&I.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in Athens, Greece.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to define and monitor KPIs.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
