What you will do

• Support pre-sales with technical validation, product demonstrations, and value proposition for hirify.global SeaLights.
• Lead discovery calls to assess customer environments and architect optimal solutions.
• Guide deployment, integration, onboarding, and optimization in enterprise DevOps ecosystems.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, feedback collection, and adoption strategies.
• Design test optimization aligned with business goals and collaborate with Product/Engineering teams.
• Mentor Professional Services/Customer Success teams and represent hirify.global in industry discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
• 5+ years in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting in enterprise software
• Amenable to night shift schedule in Manila, Philippines (hybrid)
• Deep knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, software quality practices.
• Familiarity with containerization/cloud (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Hands-on with Java, JavaScript, Python, .Net, or GoLang; modern DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and complex strategy execution skills.

• Experience in SaaS environments with enterprise customers at scale.
