TL;DR
Customer Growth Solution Architect (Tricentis SeaLights): Architect and implement test optimization solutions for enterprise DevOps ecosystems with an accent on Quality Intelligence, CI/CD integration, and product adoption strategies. Focus on leading discovery calls, delivering tailored demonstrations, troubleshooting integrations, and driving measurable business outcomes through customer-specific strategies.
Location: Hybrid in Manila, Philippines. Amenable to night shift schedule.

What you will do
- Support pre-sales with technical validation, product demonstrations, and value proposition for SeaLights.
- Lead discovery calls to assess customer environments and architect optimal solutions.
- Guide deployment, integration, onboarding, and optimization in enterprise DevOps ecosystems.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, feedback collection, and adoption strategies.
- Design test optimization aligned with business goals and collaborate with Product/Engineering teams.
- Mentor Professional Services/Customer Success teams and represent in industry discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
- 5+ years in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting in enterprise software
- Amenable to night shift schedule in Manila, Philippines (hybrid)
- Deep knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, software quality practices.
- Familiarity with containerization/cloud (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Hands-on with Java, JavaScript, Python, .Net, or GoLang; modern DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and complex strategy execution skills.

- Experience in SaaS environments with enterprise customers at scale.
